WaleHost offers a variety of payment methods to accommodate our customers' preferences and ensure a seamless billing experience. This document outlines the accepted payment options and relevant details for each method.

Accepted Payment Methods ​

WaleHost currently accepts the following payment methods:

Credit and Debit Cards ​

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including:

All card payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.

PayPal ​

Customers can pay via PayPal for a fast and secure checkout experience. Simply select PayPal at checkout and follow the prompts to complete your payment through the PayPal platform.

Bank Transfers ​

For customers who prefer to pay via bank transfer, you can find our bank details in your invoice after selecting "Bank Transfer" as your payment method during checkout.

Processing Time

Please note that bank transfers may take several business days to process, depending on your bank and location.

Cryptocurrency ​

WaleHost accepts select cryptocurrencies as payment. For information on supported cryptocurrencies and payment instructions, please contact our support team.

Account Credits ​

If you have account credits available, these will be automatically applied to your next invoice, reducing the amount due.

Unsupported Payment Methods

We do not accept:

  • Cash payments
  • Store gift cards
  • Personal checks
  • Money orders
  • Any payment method not listed above

DO NOT send cash or checks via mail - these will not be processed.

Processing Times ​

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Typically processed within minutes
  • PayPal: Typically processed within minutes
  • Bank Transfers: May take 2-5 business days depending on your bank
  • Cryptocurrency: Processing time varies by currency

Ensure payments are made in accordance with invoice due dates to avoid service interruptions.

Currency Information ​

All payments are processed in EUR (Euros).

Currency Conversion

If you are paying from a different currency, please be aware that your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees and exchange rate charges.

Payment Security ​

All payment transactions are secured using industry-standard encryption and security protocols. WaleHost does not store your complete payment information on our servers.
