WaleHost is committed to providing high-quality hosting services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This document outlines our policies regarding service cancellations and refunds to ensure transparency and clarity.

Service Cancellations

You can cancel your WaleHost services at any time through the WaleHost Client Portal. If you encounter any issues or need assistance with the cancellation process, please contact our support team.

Cancellation Timeline

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, ensure you cancel your service at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Important

Cancellations made after this 24-hour window may result in charges for the upcoming billing cycle and will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your WaleHost Client Portal
  2. Navigate to your active services
  3. Select the service you wish to cancel
  4. Follow the cancellation prompts
  5. Confirm your cancellation request

Refund Policy

WaleHost may offer refunds under specific circumstances. To request a refund, please contact our support team to discuss your situation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are generally available only for services used for 15 days or less.

Refund Restrictions

  • Services used for more than 15 days are not eligible for refunds
  • Requests for refunds on services used beyond this period will not be processed

Non-Refundable Services

Most of our services are non-refundable as they are digital goods. Once a service has been provisioned and used, it is generally considered consumed.

Dispute Resolution

Payment Disputes

If you initiate a dispute or chargeback through your payment processor (e.g., PayPal, credit card company), WaleHost reserves the right to:

  • Immediately terminate your account and all associated services
  • Contest the dispute using all available evidence, including service usage logs and support communication records

Always contact our support team first to resolve any billing concerns before escalating to a payment dispute. We are committed to finding fair solutions for our customers.
